Many of our products are handmade, custom-made, or made-to-order. Small variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not begin processing until payment has been received.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

SHIPPING

Processing and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, Sherri B Creative is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds. Exchanges or store credit may be offered only for items that arrive damaged and are reported within 48 hours of delivery in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
