PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product listing. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit times.
During sales, holidays, or high-volume order periods, processing times may be extended.
SHIPPING
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before placing an order.
Sherri B Creative is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Sherri B Creative is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, misdelivered, or stolen packages.
Any issues that occur during transit must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, natural disasters, labor shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control.
DELIVERED PACKAGES
If tracking shows that a package has been delivered, Sherri B Creative is not responsible for stolen or missing packages. Customers should contact their local post office or shipping carrier for assistance.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the damaged item and packaging. Eligible claims may qualify for an exchange or store credit in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
