REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At Sherri B Creative, all items are handmade, custom-made, personalized, or made to order. Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery date to be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
To submit a damage claim, please provide:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item
• Clear photos of the packaging
Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.
EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
Approved damage claims may qualify for:
• An exchange of the same item (when available)
• Store credit equal to the purchase price of the damaged item
Sherri B Creative reserves the right to determine eligibility for all claims and may request additional information before approving an exchange or store credit.
CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS
All custom, personalized, made-to-order, and handmade items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged.
